Alcohol - know your limits

The Government's latest alcohol strategy is set to encourage everyone who drinks to do so in a safe, sensible and social way.

To support this area of work we provide access to information to help people make informed choices. Information on sensible drinking, assessing consumption levels and on the risks of harmful drinking is the focus of our August/September campaign.

Information from the resource centre (for key link staff)

Key link staff can order up to 20 items from the following resources -

  • Drinking and you: how much is too much?
  • Drinking, you and your mates: how much is too much? (for under 25's)
  • How much is too much? small card
  • The stuff on alcohol (for young people)

Send your request to resource@brentpct.nhs.uk quoting your user number
